Real Estate Home Staging

“The investment in Staging is worth more than that first price reduction”

Staging is not decorating but working in step to prepare your home for sale. The staging process starts with viewing the property, evaluating its needs and a consulting with you to determine your time frame. When our Accredited Staging Professionals rearrange your rooms, de-clutter and organize we set the stage for all potential buyers. We create an atmosphere that projects a well cared for, bright, fresh, and clutter free home.

We have been very fortunate to have helped many homeowners and realtors with not only showcasing their properties, but selling their homes in a significantly shorter amount of time. Our turn around rate averages a maximum of 90 days in this current market!!!

Real Estate Agents

We all know being a Real Estate Agent is very demanding. Therefore by using Inspiring Solution we will help the homeowner understand the importance of having the property in the "prefect" condition for buyers to see. This will elevate some of the workload from you, along with decrease the time that your listing are on the market. When we showcase your properties with staging, they will appear spacious, clean and in that "perfect" condition.

Why have a property for "Sale" when we can help get it "Sold"!

Vacant Home Staging

Nothing tells a potential buyer Price Reduction louder than a vacant property.

When Inspiring Soltuions strategically stages your vacant home with furniture, it will enhance and showcase the property, which will help your potential buyer visualize how to incorporate their furniture. The buyer now has a visual connection to the property and that is how they will remember your house from all the others.

Brokers, Real Estate Agents, and buyers know that if the property is Staged, you still have a very vested interest in the house. So make the investment in Staging and avoid a substantial loss with that first price reduction!

Vacant Condo - Pointe Rok Condo-Townhouse

A vacant property always lacks imagination, which gives the buyer the impression that the homeowners have lost all interest in the home. When we staged this newly updated and freshly painted condo, we designed a modern look. The visual perception is a very open living and dinning area that have a great floor plan, along with the perfect style furniture & accessories for the rooms.

Mooreland Green

A home with all the extras. Staging this large house with all its these extras, Showcases and demonstrate to the buyer how to use the floor plan with any furniture.

Great Room

Strategically moving the sofa and love seat from the walls along with swapping the chair with the loveseat we created a comfortable conversational area and a easier way to view the television. The television was moved to the corner to prevent the competing light from the large window it was placed in front of. The elimination of plants, unused speakers and tech equipment switched to the opposite side clears the area of extra clutter. Existing window treatments were redesigned to create an updated and brighter look to the room.

Kitchen

We replaced the old table and chairs in the eating area with a more modern set that coordinated better with the appliances in the kitchen. We also de-cluttered the shelves and removed the exercise equipment for the corner.

Living Room

In this narrow living room we added a couple of sitting chair with a game board in front of the fireplace. We also rearranged the plants into the corner at different heights for texture and color to the corner. By staging the room in sections the room now has depth and doesn’t appear to be long and narrow.
